See before you answer
Video from the entrance opens with your microphone off. You decide whether to talk, open the door, or do nothing.

Works without internet at the door
PINs, tags and guest codes are checked by the panel itself, so the door opens even when the server or the connection is down.

Recordings stay at the door
Short clips are encrypted on the entrance panel, delete themselves after about 48 hours, and leave it only on an authorised, audited request.

Resident app and panel in English, Macedonian, Albanian, Serbian (both scripts), Croatian, Slovenian, Greek and Bulgarian. Server in the EU.
How it works

A visitor selects the apartment
A visitor selects the apartment on the entrance panel.

The resident's phone rings
The resident's phone rings and shows live video from the entrance. The microphone stays off until the resident answers.

Talk, or open the door
The resident talks, or opens the door, from anywhere with an internet connection. The door controller releases the lock and both screens show "Door opened".

Open the door without a phone
Residents, staff and guests also open the door with a PIN, a tag or a QR code. These are checked at the door and keep working when the internet is down.

Video calls
Live video and two-way audio between the entrance and the resident's phone, over Wi-Fi or mobile data, relayed through the Domi Gate server.

Access control

Languages
The resident app and the entrance panel speak English, Macedonian, Albanian, Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin), Croatian, Slovenian, Greek and Bulgarian. The panel language is set per building.

Hosting
The Domi Gate server runs in the EU (Hetzner, Germany), operated by eXtremeEmbedded.

Data protection
Designed for GDPR and the Macedonian and Kosovar data-protection laws. A privacy notice and an entrance-sign template come with every installation.
Security and privacy by design

The server is the only meeting point. Phones never connect to the panel directly and no port is opened on the building's network.

Access works offline. Credentials live encrypted on the panel; the decision is made at the door.

The panel never drives the lock. A separately powered door controller does, and it accepts only authenticated, replay-protected commands.

Recordings stay local by default. A clip leaves the panel only on an authorised request, through an expiring link, and every fetch is logged.

Every sensitive action is audited: unlocks, code changes, clip downloads, device pairing, administrator actions.

Domi Gate is finished software running on a test installation. The first pilot building is planned. Nothing on this site describes a building that already uses the product.

- Not yet. The resident app is for Android; an iOS app is planned. →
- What happens when the internet is down?
- PINs, tags and QR codes still open the door. Calls and remote opening need the server. →
- Who can see the recordings?
- Missed-call clips: only the residents of the apartment that was called. Motion clips: only a building manager, on request, and every fetch is logged. →
